We provide warehouse and logistics staffing from Arlanda in the north to Malmö in the south. We have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Jönköping, Borås, Eskilstuna and Helsingborg. We also take on assignments in smaller towns across the region.
Our strength comes from operating our own warehouses in Jönköping, Skillingaryd, Borås, Rosersberg, Arlanda, Nykvarn and Kopstad in Norway. Together, these facilities cover more than 300,000 square metres, and our people work in them every day.

How it works
1. We assess your needs. Our first meeting helps us understand which roles need to be filled, the volumes the team will handle and how your staffing needs change throughout the year, from an ordinary week to peak season.
2. You receive a proposal. We recommend employee leasing, managed process staffing or a combination of the two. The proposal sets out the scope, terms and price. Once you are happy with the setup, we finalise the agreement.
3. We put the right people in the right roles. We select employees whose skills match the assignment and introduce them to your processes and systems. During the first few weeks, we follow up closely to make sure everything works as intended.
4. Staffing follows your volumes. You get more people when volumes peak and fewer when demand slows down. You also have a dedicated contact at Posti who stays in direct contact with you and follows up on the setup.
