Miriam Bryant and Käärijä to Make Finnish Logistics Giant Posti Known in Sweden

2025-03-05

The Finnish state-owned logistics giant Posti is now making a name for itself in Sweden. The company’s operations in Sweden, currently under the name Aditro Logistics, will now transition to the Posti brand. To celebrate, the logistics company is releasing a love song in collaboration with Swedish pop queen Miriam Bryant and Finnish Eurovision sensation Käärijä.

“In Finland, we have a 400-year history and are one of the country’s most recognized brands. Now that we are making our name known here as well, we want to go big – with a playful nod to the love-hate relationship between Finland and Sweden, highlighting that we are better and stronger together”, says Peter Ervasalo, SVP for Posti in Sweden.

A Cover of I Got You Babe to Bring Sweden and Finland Closer Together

To mark its presence in Sweden, Posti has teamed up with two of the brightest stars in Finnish and Swedish pop music – Miriam Bryant and Käärijä. Together, they perform a cover of Sonny & Cher’s classic duet I Got You Babe, which celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2025. The newly recorded music video brings together hockey players, politicians, CEOs, and everyday people – all in the name of love.

“So many aspects of the collaboration, the song, and the music video concept immediately resonated with me. This project felt like a fun and natural way to continue exploring my "Finnishness." Everything fell perfectly into place, and I’m thrilled that the campaign is now live – it’s a great example of collaboration between Finland and Sweden!”, Miriam Bryant says.

"Now it's time to bring Finland and Sweden together. Hopefully, this song will bring us Finns a little closer to the Swedes. I've also wanted to collaborate with Miriam for a long time, and finally, it happened," Käärijä continues.

Posti’s Plans for Sweden – B2B, Rapid Growth and Circular Services

Finnish Posti is one of the leading logistics providers in the Nordics and the Baltics. In Sweden, Posti has 1,200 employees and eight warehouses, covering nearly 300,000 square meters of storage space and is focused on what is known as B2B, meaning corporate clients. Its service portfolio includes warehousing, staffing, and in-house logistics, as well as helping e-commerce businesses deliver goods to Finland and the Baltics. Last fall, Posti recruited Peter Ervasalo as SVP for Sweden, with a clear mission to drive growth in the Swedish market.

"On our home turf, we are a market leader in logistics and a profitable company coming with strong muscles, but here in Sweden, we are more of a challenger and need to think like a startup. On the Swedish market, our focus is on growth within warehousing, logistics services, and in-house logistics, both through organic expansion and potential acquisitions. We also aim to build a strong business segment within circular services”, says Peter Ervasalo, SVP for Posti in Sweden.

The brand transition is part of a larger transformation, where Posti is now unifying its services under a single brand: Posti in Finland and Sweden, and SmartPosti in the Baltics. By consolidating everything from delivery to warehousing under one identity, Posti aims to make it easier for customers to understand how the company can support them across borders.
